November, 17, the Outsourcing Division of BDO in Russia held a meeting of the Club of Financial Directors “FORS” dedicated to the subject of “How to improve the efficiency of an accounting department? Outsourcing - the pros and cons”

BDO outsourcing division took part “Business Solutions”, which was held in Moscow on 16 November by the agency “Fort-Ross.”

On September 5, 2011 in Moscow at the office of BDO group an open session of the Committee on BPO Association of strategic outsourcing “ASTRA” took place. The subject of the session is “Primary targets on development of Russian market of business processes outsourcing”.

On September 29 Lyudmila Shusterova, BDO outsourcing division Deputy General director (Marketing and Business development) delivered a report on Human resources management of companies’ financial team in postcrisis period in the frame of the traditional event of the Rating agency “Expert” Congress Gazeley*: “Medium business management: experts’ discussion”.

In February BDO Outsourcing Division in Russia together with its partners from “Ecopsy Consulting” – a company rendering consulting services in organizational effectiveness and personnel management held the first seminar for wide range of specialists on standardization and optimization of processes in accounting department: choice of methods and approaches. More than 70 persons participated in the event, which took place in “Mariott Tverskaya” Hotel.

The conference was dedicated to outsourcing of payroll accounting as one of the opportunities to optimize expenses and reduce cost of internal non-core functions that becomes especially urgent during financial crisis.
