Provision of payroll services in Russia is one of the key competencies of BDO. Many companies start from payroll outsourcing service prior to full accounting outsourcing. Payroll outsourcing can be done as a part of the full accounting outsourcing services or as a stand along service.
BDO provides full set of payroll services. The initial data and historical information transfer can be arranged from any system used by the Clients. On the on-going basis the preferred way of data exchange is use of BDO SAAS (software as a service solution) – when Client’s specialists use BDO software for HR administration purposes. Outsourcing of payroll services include but are not limited to the following services:
- Payroll calculation, including all bonuses and taxes, and preparation of reporting documentation;
- Calculation of sick-leaves, vacations, compensations for non-used vacation, compensations and any other payments assumed by law of Russian Federation;
- Customization of the payroll processing system, automation of the incentive policies (if applicable);
- Day-to-day payroll processing and related tax filing;
- Separate processing of the top managers’ payroll with special data security measures (if necessary);
- Generation of various analytical reports across branches and regions;
- Review of the payroll records in the closed periods for identification of the tax and legal risks.
- Recalculation of the prior periods and re-submission of the tax reports (if necessary).
