Sergei has been dealing with business process outsourcing (financial functions) since 1993. Prior to joining BDO Unicon group, he held executive positions with outsourcing company dealing with 300 Clients including managing projects on payroll outsourcing for Russian holding companies.

Ludmila Shusterova
Deputy General Director, Marketing and Business Development

Among Ludmila's responsibilities are: key account management, including provision of consulting on different issues, provision of economical justification for outsourcing model

Galina Shablinskaya
Deputy General Director on Client service

Galina Shablinskaya is the Head of the Client service department starting from 2009. She works with 5 large companies and controls the work of the employees of the department with more than 180 companies. The Client service department provides administrative support, establishes liaison with Clients at the initial stage after receiving approval of Client to outsource the company's business processes, monitors the fulfillment of contract obligations by both parties, and is responsible for communications and work with claims. Before joining the outsourcing division of BDO she ran projects in Oil and Gas industry.

Marat Pukita
HR Director

 

Marat possesses a profound experience in Human Resources management, including  successful completion of personnel evaluation and motivation projects, as well as  personnel management system development. Marat oversees all aspects of people development and retention at BDO Outsourcing Division, implementing HR practices designed to increase employee productivity by aligning employee and company goals.

Zulfiya Yupashevskaya
Head of HR Administration Department

Zulfiya is responsible for provision of HR administration services to Clients. Having joined BDO Unicon Business Services in April 2007, Zulfiya was responsible for arranging HR Administration support for the project of implementing of outsourcing model for 36,6 (Pharmaceutical network)
