Outsourcing Division of BDO in Russia applies the programme of switching to outsourcing, which is aimed at control of changes and provision of continuity of the business activities of the Customer who passes its functions to the external service provider.

At the stage of switching to outsourcing and during rendering of services activities, which are necessary for successful communication between the provider and the Customer, are performed.

The problems connected with legal support during switching to outsourcing, staff management are solved, organizational, methodological and programme-technical aspects of cooperation are discussed and agreed, the required level of the Customer’s privacy and protection of the confidential information is provided.

The procedure of rendering of services consists of a number of interconnected processes:

  • obtaining, input and preliminary processing of information;
  • performing of accounting procedures and calculations;
  • preparation of reports and results.

Regulations, standards and manuals have been developed for each of these processes. Regular procedures of rendering services have been worked out with maximal taking into account of Customer’s interests and expectations and are aimed at stability of performed functions.

Outsourcing Division of BDO in Russia regularly improves the processes of communication with the Customer, methodological support and quality control of the rendered services. For technological support of the processes a programme-technical infrastructure, which provides information security and continuity of business processes, has been created.

For formation of detailed reports and control over the amount of services a specially developed system, which takes into consideration the specifics of relations between the Provider and the Customer, is applied.
