The company has effective Information Security Policy . Each employee signs Confidentiality Information Policy at the stage of employment and within the working process. Employees are assigned to the Client by Executive order. Each employee has access only to the Client s one is assigned to. Electronic control of access to office facilities is implemented, all visitors are accompanied by BDO employees while in the office. All access rights are defined according to manager’s application that need to be authorized, all access rights are defined based on the task the person performs. In case person leaves the company one’s account is immediately disabled. Internal and external audit of our IT security system is done twice a year. BDO uses only transfer of personal information through VPN, personal information archived with password for access or physical point-to-point connection
